Unfortunately, we use the term ‘anxiety’ as a catch-all diagnosis that can’t quite be categorized separately. More unfortunate, is that because doctors and other specialists don’t quite emphasize that it is a catch-all, anxiety has become an often-misunderstood part of our lexicon for everyday life.
