Our mission is to build a community around people with high functioning anxiety, to eliminate anxiety-based distraction from your life, regain control, uncover the hidden triggers in your life, and to fuel your future performance through self-care and mindful consumption. When your mind works at 100%, EVERYTHING works at 100% Unfortunately, we use the term ‘anxiety’ as a catch-all diagnosis that can’t quite be categorized separately. More unfortunate, is that because doctors and other specialists don’t quite emphasize that it is a catch-all, anxiety has become an often-misunderstood part of our lexicon for everyday life. Done With Anxiety supports individuals with high functioning anxiety get to the bottom of their problem, and write for a wider audience of people that may not know where to start on their journey towards being done with their anxiety.
