Utilizing Solidworks CAD software to design tools and Mastercam software to provide multi-axis CNC programs, we have a demonstrated track record of developing complex assemblies. Our engineering staff is time-tested with years of experience, and is always looking for innovative ideas to improve prototypes, development, and production processes. Our prototype and tool room is staffed with full-time toolmakers, welders, and CNC machinists dedicated to development and pre-production projects. All parts have an engineering champion who has project management responsibility, from pre-production design process mapping through final customer acceptance.
