Based in Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland it’s highly skilled and dedicated workforce understand the needs of the modern global equipment manufacturer regarding EHS, on time delivery, quality, price competitiveness and ease to do business with. The purpose built 3,700m2 (40,000ft2) workshops, equipped with the latest processing equipment and heavy duty overhead gantries (20t), shot blast and final coating booths, allow us to deliver from the smallest to largest finished steel weldments. We pride ourselves in delivering precise welded fabrications to predefined deadliness & being regarded as best in class when measured against these metrics. The team of MIG and Flux Core welders consistently deliver to the exacting expectations of our valued customers. Our large modern buildings and high capacity overhead cranes facilitate the fabrication of large weldments, including mobile crusher chassis weighing up to 20 tonnes, crusher and screen feed hoppers, conveyor frames, tracked under-carriages, telescopic frames, structural frames, etc. the highest standards. We also offer full in house final coating to meet the demands of the global material handling equipment customer. The fully enclosed transition from surface preparation to the final coating booth, ensures the integrity of the metal surface is maintained prior to painting. Where required, we fit these painted weldments with drive components, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic cylinders, conveyor belting, etc. Following final quality sign-off the parts are carefully packed and secured for delivery to the valued clients. Where our customers are based outside UK/Ireland we are pleased to organise exportation to their facilties.
