Donnelly Construction Inc. is committed to our customer service and satisfaction. Donnelly Construction is a New York State Certified WBE, Federal DOT certified DBE and a Vermont State Certified DBE. Donnelly Construction started with highway mowing and landscaping contracts for both public and private customers. Donnelly Construction then expanded into transverse and longitudinal grooving of bridge decks, crack sealing, project construction signs, work zone traffic control and flagging, soil erosion, and crack sealing. Over the years, Donnelly Construction added rentals including project construction signs and stands, portable variable message signs, attenuator trucks, tack trucks, arrow boards, speed trailers, temporary concrete barrier, cones and barrels, portable traffic signals. An exciting service addition has been an under bridge inspection unit (UBIU). What better addition to our sought after traffic control services!
