Donovan & Co was founded in 2007 to source private capital for entrepreneurs and lower middle-market companies across the energy ecosystem. The firm has 7 full-time and part-time employees and is headquartered in Houston, TX. Today, we are a diversified financial services firm that provides private capital solutions through two distinct divisions: Private Equity and Investment Banking. Private Equity: Provide growth equity to lower middle-market energy companies. We have deployed $52 million of capital across 14 investments to date and sourced an additional $300 million of third-party follow-on financings to fund growth for our portfolio companies. Investment Banking: M&A / Capital Markets: advise companies in the upstream, infrastructure, downstream, energy services, decarbonization, and energy transition sectors on financing and M&A transactions ranging from $100 million - $1 billion. We have advised on $2.5 billion in capital raises and M&A across nearly 60 transactions. Structured Credit: We are a leader in the oil & gas asset backed securitization market with three transaction totally $1.1 billion over the past few years.
