DSM is a youth-focussed therapy practice for people aged 12 - 25yrs. What makes us different is that not only are our therapists trained in Psychotherapy and Counselling, but also in how to specifically treat Young People. We believe that Young People are the authors of their own experience. Whilst we take a gentle and person-centred approach, we also focus on a more 'directive' form of therapy. That is, we keep it real and honest whilst meeting you where you're at.
