When I say holistic wellness, I mean "whole person" wellness. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness—you are unique, and your wellness routine should reflect that. Your routine should be flexible, sustainable, and most importantly, it should make you feel good.
Wellness looks different for everyone. It can look like taking a yoga class or meditating before bed—or it can look like staying up late playing video games with your friends or watching The Bachelor (no judgement). What matters is how you feel when you do those things.
My mission is to inspire people to advocate for their own wellness, and to learn how to take the best possible care of their unique needs. I believe that our approach to wellness is only as good as how it makes us feel. It's important to make sure that the routines we stick to are ones that we enjoy and love.
