Every day we’re back in the kitchen starting at 6:00am preparing for the day when most of Loveland is still gently waking up. Our Executive Chef Matt Smith, with the help of the line crew, are busy hand wrapping your favorite bacon-wrapped medjool dates and stuffing peppadew peppers.
The quality of the food that comes out from our kitchen is of utmost importance to us, so we take extra thought and care into selecting our ingredients. We source local products as much as we can.
