The DopaGE® Overdose Prevention Portal is the gamified training platform collegiate administrators can trust to provide foundational skills on minimizing harm related to: [ 1 ] Alcohol or substance use [ 2 ] Mixed alcohol and substance use [ 3 ] Overdose Recognition & Response DopaGE provides a realistic approach to substance use education that both encourages abstinence while acknowledging that many young adults experiment with alcohol or other drugs. While helping students understand that the safest way to avoid harm is to not use, those who consider experimenting and are at the greatest risk for adverse health events receive evidence-based learning on personal responsibility, harm reduction, and avoiding dependency. Regardless of personal use, every student is equipped to protect themselves and their communities against the leading cause of death for young adults in the United States: accidental overdose.
