DORG Society is an Italian non-profit Foundation that operates as an ethical and regulatory governance body for the entire DORG ecosystem. The Foundation actively promotes society's cultural evolution toward the responsible adoption of digital employees, working not only to ensure ethical implementation but also to accelerate the adoption of this innovation as a driver of sustainable and inclusive development. Through its Ethics Committee and the community's digital consultation system, DORG Society develops and maintains a binding Code of Conduct for all ecosystem stakeholders, ensures compliance with the EU AI Act through independent audits, and provides guidelines for the ethical integration of DORGs in the workplace. DORG Society collaborates with universities, research centers, and institutions to develop international ethical and regulatory standards, positioning itself as a reference point for technological innovation that respects human dignity, workers' rights, and environmental sustainability in the field of artificial intelligence applied to the world of work.
