DND offers extensive computer repair services for your personal needs. With the exception of hardware replacement or non-free software (e.g., Microsoft Office), DND performs repair services at a flat rate of $40/hour. Why a flat fee? Take spyware, for example. Running multiple spyware programs is a lengthy process, but it can be performed with relatively little interaction in most cases. Although it might take the software over an hour to perform a full diagnostic, we don't believe in charging just to sit there and stare at the screen. DND specializes in virus and spyware removal, system upgrades, and repair. If you need new anti-virus or spyware removal software, DND will be glad to suggest several free or non-free options depending on your budget. DND will never charge to troubleshoot or diagnose your problem. And, of course, if we can't fix it, there is no charge for time and labor.
