Dos Palomas is an organic and kosher tequila. It is manufactured in a family owned distillery, with limited quantities, and the product, including the process, is eco-friendly and with over 20 years of experience in the industry. The craftsmanship is illustrated in our selective procedures relating to all aspects of production from the agave fields to the actual bottling. Production facilities have been updated to include purification of water supply and the recycling of the agave to produce agave nectar. The result, a clean and crisp product that people can share and recommend to friends. A product that has a compelling story and mindful of carbon footprint.
Dos Palomas is the shared vision of two globally-centric women with a love for history, refinement and adventure! We want to share the fruit of this intimate cultivation process passed down through the generations, and the rich and subtle fragrances and flavors of a drink the Mexican poet, Alvaro Mutis, called “a gift from the gods.”
