Problem we solve :
Chronic patients have long-term medical conditions and manage multiple medications daily, for many years or a lifetime. Juggling numerous medications, dosages and schedules causes confusion leading to missed or incorrect dosages.Improper medication intake worsens their condition, causing more hospital visits, escalated expenses, and potentially fatal outcomes.
Our solution:
We establish our own automated e-pharmacy. To order medicines, users upload their prescription on our app. Patient’s medicines are sorted into sachets,
printed with name, date, time, and medicine details. Sachets are packaged sequentially as per prescription. The sachets are put in a box and delivered to their house every month.
