The Department of Science and Technology - National Capital Region (DOST-NCR) is mandated to address the scientific and technological needs of various sectors in Metro Manila through technology transfer.
DOST-NCR identifies S&T needs and opportunities in the region, and plans and implements programs, projects, and activities to transfer locally developed technological innovations. We also conduct knowledge transfer activities through technical trainings, technical advisory and consultancy, and S&T information dissemination for the different stakeholders in the region.
