About DOTO Database

DOTO Database is a non-profit documentation center based in Delhi, documenting incidents of hate-crimes that has happened since 2014 against religious minorities(Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Jains, Parsi, Buddhists and Zoroastrians) in India. We endeavor to evolve community based reporting mechanism through a common documentation platform for reporting hate-crimes against religious minorities in India. Our Documentation center is run with coordination of a large network of civil society organisations both at the national level as well as grass-root level.
