Designs of the time (Dott) Cornwall will operate between 2009 and 2010. A Design Council initiative, Dott has formed a partnership with Cornwall Council and University College Falmouth. It aims to both increase the quality of design in Cornwall and bring design thinking to new problems. Dott's approach is 'bottom up' typically working with local communities to co-design solutions to problems that in turn have broader national or international relevance.
