In February, 2018, Double Blue Sports Analytics, Inc. (DBSA) sold its CoachCast and Save Review System (SRS) technologies to Upper Hand, Inc. of Indianapolis, Indiana in exchange for cash and future participation in a revenue sharing agreement. The CoachCast has been re-branded as APEX Sports Software. Double Blue Sports Analytics (DBSA) is the creator of the CoachCast and the Save Review System (SRS) app-based video analysis platforms. Coaches, athletes, and recruiters use video to capture and analyze athletes' practice and game performance. Double Blue produces mobile apps that enable the capture, review, tagging, grouping, sharing, and cloud-storage of 1,000s of videos for 100s of athletes. Double Blue's competitive advantage is their design focus of providing large groups--multiple coaches, numerous athletes--with easy-to-use, elegant, robust apps with intuitive interfaces. Double Blue's new CoachCast platform-- solves the unmet video management needs of large coaching organizations, by specifically addressing the video capture, video review, group management, sharing (private network), and storage challenges facing enterprise customers. CoachCast can be used in any sport or activity. It is a very competitive product with a high quality feature set and robust functionality, and is easily scalable. CoachCast provides a great means for an organization to add incremental business and revenue through: specialized training, remote coaching, and online coaching.
