On Site / In shop service
On site: Our technician comes to you and does everything possible to repair your product and keep your cost down. If that is not possible, we will pull from our large inventory or from our vendors in order to get you a timely repair.
You can bring your product to us at the shop to repair for you if you have a maintenance staff that has a lot on their plate...or maybe you just like to get your hands dirty! We carry everything from knobs and deadbolts right up to closers, exit devices, and trims. We can also get products quickly from any of our manufacturing companies.
