Double Zero brings you modern, contemporary versions of traditional Italian specialties including a real Pizza Napoletana. Our authentic pizza will be crafted in the tradition of Naples, Italy, the birthplace of pizza and will be made in the unique wood-fired, hand crafted brick oven constructed in Naples. Our pizza will be light, easily digested and not overburdened by many toppings. It is the way pizza has been made in Naples for over 250 years.
In our restaurant we will be using only fresh, all natural ingredients which most of them will be imported from Italy in order to maintain unique flavors. The flour Type “00” which our restaurant name refers to, the finest San Marzano tomatoes, fresh imported Italian buffalo mozzarella and Flor- di-Latte and freshly prepared hand-pressed pizza dough form the foundation of Pizza Napoletana. But the true magic is happening in the wood fired oven where the pizza is made at roughly 400°C within approximately 90 seconds.
