HongKong Double Light Electronics was founded in 2005 as a professional LED manufacturer located in Shenzhen, China. We mainly produce a wide range of products with automatic production lines, which include THT LEDs, chip LEDs, LED displays, infrared LEDs, dot matrix, LCD backlights and LED lighting fixtures.
Our well-trained employees, together with a strong R&D team, can meet with not only the standard but also customized requests. And our factory passed ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
Implementing Strict Quality Control
At our 6,000-square-meter factory, we have eight production lines manned by 300 employees. All of our key raw materials are RoHS directive-compliant, from Taiwan, the US, Japan and South Korea. Our management team works according to an ERP management system and our QC staff inspect all processes from incoming materials, production line, to outgoing products with strict inspection standards.
