Douce. is an heritage. The secrets of plants transmitted from generation to generation. From our founder's perspective, nature has always provided the tools to care for our wellbeing in a meaningful way. Growing up, her grandmother taught Maëva Solange Jacquet (MSJ) how to use plants for her benefit. She remembers the long hours spent tending to her grandma's garden, in Guadeloupe (FWI). From this knowledge, and the desire to get back to her roots, MSJ developed Douce. An innovative beauty brand inspired by the Afro-Caribbean pharmacopeia. More than listening to her true calling, MSJ's goal is to create a conversation around care and wellness: how essential it is to take care of ourselves and ours, and how transmission of these values is. Douce. is an invite to take a break in a world where everything goes too fast.
