Douglas Clark

Douglas Clark is a sole practitioner focussed on intellectual property law based in China. Douglas has practiced intellectual property law in China since 1993. From 1993 to 2010 he was with Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) and established the firm's IP practice in China and was managing partner of the Shanghai office. In December 2010 he retired from Hogan Lovells and is now in the process of qualifying as a Hong Kong barrister. He continues to advice on PRC IP law.
