About Karen Karen has a background in Nursing. She has extensive experience in the Out of Home Care Sector, working therapeutically with Children who have experienced Trauma and Loss. She has found her specialty in working with Sand Play, Symbol Work, Dream Work, Biography, Art and Process Oriented Psychology. Karen offers many techniques and approaches that cater to different needs at different times. She assists her clients to find resolution using symbols, drawing, music, art, movement, dreams, stories, mindfulness and many other modalities. Often stuck cycles can be accessed through these right brain activities. Karen works with her clients to find their preferred method and offers a safe space for them to heal. Karen is passionate about her own self-development and enjoys facilitating this for others. She provides a safe, empathic, compassionate and understanding space for people to move towards greater peace.
