Dow Excavating Inc. is owned by Wayne Dow, who took over the family business is 1992 and has been in the general contracting business for over 30 years. We provide professional, efficient, and affordable services to all of our clients. In 2010, we launched the Landscape Materials in expansion. This has grown tremendously over the years, and provides a local supply to the West Plains area. We continue to add to our selection each and every year!
