Integrating entrepreneurship into the college and university curriculum is essential to keep Germany internationally competitive, especially in terms of innovation. Entrepreneurship fosters a culture of innovation and creative thinking, supports job creation and economic growth, and helps position Germany as an innovation leader. Given the growing Generation Z, which is known for its creativity, independence and social awareness, a focus on entrepreneurship in education is particularly attractive and relevant. Implementation can take place through various pillars: 1.) Innovation labs and project-based learning enable hands-on work on real-world problems. 2.) Startup internships offer students insights into entrepreneurship and business management. 3.) Mentoring programs connect students with successful entrepreneurs* for practical advice and guidance. 4.) Idea competitions and startup weekends allow students to develop and pitch their business ideas, with opportunities to win prizes or seed money. 5.)
