Our mission is to support HBCU undergraduates through improved academic performance, productive research experiences, increased retention, broadened career awareness, and a heightened sense of belonging in the STEM fields.
JHU trainee mentors are paired with HBCU undergraduate student mentees from Morgan State University, Coppin State University, Norfolk State University, and Bowie State University.
We also facilitate workshops that are open to all HBCU STEM undergraduates.
