At DPPC, we are passionate about helping our clients address the underlying emotional difficulties that drive persisting mental health difficulties. We take a transformational approach (getting to the bottom of your problems) by providing evidence-based therapies that address emotions and relational patterns underlying problematic symptoms. We provide a specialized form of therapy called Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), along with other therapies based on well-established and evidence-based psychodynamic principles and emotion science with a focus on tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each individual (e.g. psychodynamic, emotions-focused, and attachment-based therapies). We collaborate with our clients to tailor treatment to their specific dynamics to address the underlying emotional core of their suffering to bring about deep and lasting change as efficiently as possible.
