DQS Consultants have been involved in the construction industry since the late 1990’s and have been Project Quantity Surveyors and Estimators in a variety of Design & Build projects within the housing, healthcare, educational, agricultural and commercial sectors. We can represent the building owner, as well as the Contractors or the Design Team. We have an emphasis on cost certainty, cash flow management and fair competition.
