I'm Arun, I’m a medically-trained doctor and qualified personal trainer based in Singapore. I have Medicine MBBS and Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) degrees from King's College London (14th in world rankings for both). I also have a United Kingdom Level 3 qualification in fitness training. I specialise in safe and sustainable weight loss for men through evidence-backed methods. I achieve this both online for clients worldwide and in person for clients in Singapore.
