Familiebedrijf 'De Rek' groeide in 3 generaties tijd uit tot een begrip in de bakkerswereld en stond bekend als één van de flexibelste Banketbakkerijen in Nederland.
Onlangs is de Banketbakkerij gemoderniseerd en omgedoopt tot Dr. Banket.
