Dr. Percy Francisco Morales is a board certified Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist, Author, and Blogger. Dr. Morales has lived in the Houston area for over 15 years. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Afterward, he received his M.D. from Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis, MO.
