About Dragonfly Consulting LLC

Since 2004, I have been designing and delivering energy-efficiency programs across the country in both commercial and residential markets. In addition, I have led research and policy development for multiple state agencies and utilities to support new program designs and strategies. I recently started this business because I wanted to focus on supporting communities of color and other communities that are marginalized and ignored in standard program design. My mission is to help clients change the way they run their programs to instead elevate, empower and build wealth in these communities.
