Art therapy, especially music & video production, helped me through the toughest time of my life. As a person who was victimized by early childhood molestation, I suffered from severe depression, anxiety & more. The act of creating helped me find a path to healing. I often say "Hip Hop saved my life". Now I work to help others who may need help finding a way out of the darkness. For years, I've informally supported other creators morally, technically, creatively & financially. Now I provide service & support to other creators formally with my co-founders at House of Fluid Reflections & GRYSKLL. Check us out and join our growing communities!
