I help people in their 30s and 40s who are starting to feel the early signs of aging—like fatigue, weight gain, joint pain, or brain fog—and don’t know what to do about it. A big part of what I do is cut through the overwhelming health advice out there. Whether it’s diet choices (vegan, keto, paleo), fasting, supplements, or hormone testing—I help you figure out what’s worth paying attention to and what’s not. We look at your health from every angle—your sleep, stress, diet, movement, and biomarkers—to create a plan that fits your life. You won’t just get generic advice or another list of things to try. Instead, I work with you 1-on-1 to make a realistic plan that helps you build a body that lasts, stay independent as you age, with the goal of preventing the most common chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, cancer and dementia. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of what your body needs right now, what’s normal aging and what’s a red flag, and a simple, sustainable plan to feel better and age well—on your terms.
