Dr Iraida Badikova is a certified physician, psychotherapist, and dietitian with extensive experience in maritime medicine and psychology. She has a passion for helping people who are overweight, and has devoted her career to developing a weight loss and wellness programme called “Dr. Badi.” Based on her years of experience and practice, the programme combines dietary nutrition and psychological correction of eating behaviour to create an effective and hassle-free step-by-step approach to weight loss.
