Our homegrown company was established in 2014 after identifying a gap in the market – a distinct lack of quality leather craftsmen in Asia for bag restoration and repairs. Back then, luxury consumers possessed numerous investment pieces—bags, wallets, and shoes—that held sentimental value but were worn out and in need of quality care, maintenance, and repairs. Unfortunately, they had limited options, often resorting to inexperienced cobblers or dry-cleaner service providers who lacked the expertise to properly restore these items, thus risking potential damage. As the pioneer, Dr.Bags forged a creative space that epitomises exquisite craftsmanship. Our journey began with a collective of like-minded artisans who each boasted over two decades of experience. Together, we embarked on a shared vision, laying the foundation for an era marked by skilled ingenuity.
