We are looking for an Agency Owner to join our team located in India And Bangladesh Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Owner. The Agency Owner will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency. This includes setting and meeting performance targets, developing and managing budgets and financial plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing and supervising staff. Qualifications Excellent leadership and management skills Experience in managing budgets and financial plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Marketing and branding experience is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
