Dream Foundation is the only national organization that serves end-of-life Dreams for terminally-ill adults and their families, including veterans.
Dreams come in many forms, but all of them provide inspiration, comfort and closure. We arrange family reunions, special trips that provide a much-needed respite or meetings with personal heroes. Veterans often want to reconnect with aspects of their previous military lives or visit monuments and memorials that have a special significance for them.
We also deliver bouquets and gifts to people in need of comfort and cheer in Santa Barbara County through our Flower Empower program.
Everything that we do is made possible by a dedicated community of individual supporters, volunteers, health care organizations, hospices and corporate sponsors who help in many ways, from donating funds to running fundraisers, arranging workplace giving, assembling and delivering bouquets or offering their professional photography skills.
Each has played a crucial role in the 33,000 Dreams fulfilled over the past twenty-seven years.
