We realize when a girl feels empowered she impacts the people around her which has a strong positive influence on a community as a whole. OUR PURPOSE D.R.E.A.M.S. Orgs. Inc. (DREAMS is an acronym for Demonstrating Realism Esteem & Ambition in the Minds of Sisters) D.R.E.A.M.S. Orgs. Inc is a 501C3 nonprofit organization that provides social emotional support to under-resourced communities through our 4 principles of purpose, which are to elevate girls confidence, inspire leadership, build positive long lasting relationship and cultivate entrepreneurship., though our womanhood, sisterhood & livelihood experience. D.R.E.A.M.S. is a sisterhood that provides valuable information on developing into womanhood while suppling girls life changing resources to create a successful livelihood. OUR MISSION is to educate, empower and encourage girls to R.U.N. to their purpose by following their DREAMS. R.U.N. is an acronym for: * Redefining Your Success * Understanding Your Value * Notice Your Worth OUR VISION EDUCATE: youth and young adults by providing educational resources: career development, financial awareness and entrepreneurial classes for personal, professional & business development at Dreams University . EMPOWER: girls ages 8-18 through The EmpowHERing Girls Movement ENCOURAGE: youth and young adults with tangible skills to be strong community leaders, innovative thinkers and productive members of the community through the 5 Pillars to a viable community programs.
