RIE Toronto (Resilience Information Exchange)

The Resilience Information Exchange (RIE) is a non-profit association of professionals dedicated to the exchange of information on all aspects of planning for an emergency or a disruption to normal operations. RIE's goal is to provide an accessible, informal, open forum for the exchange of information and knowledge related to the many variations of emergency preparedness and business continuity. At our quarterly meetings, we have presentations on some of the following topics: Disaster recovery planning; Business resumption planning; Contingency planning; Crisis management; Crisis communications; Emergency response; and Risk and business impact assessment.
