Driftless controls production from the ground up. Phytocannabinoid rich hemp is grown in accordance with the USDA hemp program by our team of cultivation specialists. Mature, harvested hemp biomass is transported to our 10,000 square foot biomass handling facility where whole hemp plants are dried, milled and flower/leaf material is mechanically separated from hemp hurd and bast. Separated flower is homogenized and coded with a lot identification number before being stamped with a bag tag and placed in our light, temperature, and humidity controlled cold storage facility. Biomass is processed into the products you will find in our bulk ingredients section using organic, GMP, and kosher certified processes. All of this translates to a robust track-and-trace program currently certified under the USDA organic, cGMP, Kosher, and a Preferred Supplier status with the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC).
Driftless has multiple renewable hemp products already available in the marketplace; from USDA certified organic hemp extracts, distillates, and powders to hemp fiber derivatives. Driftless’ hemp derived cannabinoids can be found formulated into industry leading and market recognizable brands’ retail products. These products include, but are not limited to, tinctures, topicals, gummies, stick packs, bulk powders, and dosage form pet products. Our hemp fiber derivatives are the focal point of numerous research and development projects in the medical, paper, erosion control, and public defense sectors. As our position grows, the leadership team will leverage experience into a high value renewable, sustainable materials manufacturing industry that will provide a market foundation for large scale agricultural hemp production.
