After 15 years of experience in wine and spirits I have launched Drink Adventurous to offer a consultancy service tailored to your drinks business, whatever its size or needs. From on trade cocktail development and wine lists to off trade tastings, events and buying through brand management in both the specialist and grocery arena I have worked with niche spirits and big brand wine names.
