nomi produces a line of dry portable cocktail mixes to which the user adds their own ice, water, and liquor. Users have the freedom to substitute water for club soda or tonic water, and the liquor with a non-alcoholic alternative as they see fit. Each cocktail mix we produce is inspired by a specific location in Asia. We tap into the memories, experiences, and stories offered by that location to build a cocktail that not only delights in taste but is also capable of communicating an experience unique to that locale.
