This will lead to the building consent lodgement. - We work with you & the contractor to finalise the budgets & procure the Main Contractor. - We work with the project team through the construction phase. The level of our involvement depends on the contractors' engagement model. - We engage & work with you on the most effective delivery method, to ensure we minimise compliance difficulties at completion, leading to settlements as early as possible. - We can manage a liquor license application on your behalf. - We have experience working closely with Iwi trusts, and can help with Iwi engagement & partnerships.
