Drive Change is an Australian law reform campaign fighting for amendment of drug driving laws to give medicinal cannabis patients the same rights as all other patients.

Medicinal cannabis is the only prescribed medication that does not have a legal defence for presence when the driver tested is not impaired. Current drug driving laws fail to improve road safety, discriminate against medical cannabis patients and impede public health outcomes.
We work with government organisations, politicians and political parties to help educate lawmakers on the need for drug driving policy that focuses on road safety, equality and public health.
