Drive-IT Hub started was officially launched July 2023 as an accepted technical initiative supported by the IEEE - Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) society seeking to serve a specific scope.
The objective of this project is to establish a central hub in Africa and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, which will act as a central bridge to facilitate the delivery of African Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) challenges to the IEEE ITS Society members from industry and academia, seeking authentic solutions. Through this initiative, we aim to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among ITS professionals in the region, providing an opportunity for African and MENA researchers and industry experts to connect with ITSS members and share their expertise.
