A large amount of wellness information available to us is saturated with misinformation. To clear the confusion, the leader of our programs is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian. Dietetics is an evidence-based profession and our dietitian coaches clients and develops plans with interventions that are evidence-based.
At Driven Wellness, we recommend simple to implement programs that are impactful to the client in a positive way and teach the client to practice a 24/7 wellness plan. Being healthy is a long-term commitment. We strive to increase the outcome of clients taking what they've learned and practicing those healthy habits on a daily basis. We encourage our clients to take ownership of their health and inspire them to set their goals, get driven, reach their goals and stay driven!
