At Drivies, we believe there is a huge opportunity to disrupt the insurance market, with an app that can help people drive better, providing the basis for a fair price on car insurance, based on the true risk of each user according to how he drives (instead of his sociodemographic characteristics)
Drivies is a native app currently available in spanish AppStore and Google Play markets. The app uses the smartphone's sensors to analyze driving habits and show the driver useful information to improve his driving and save money, with a gamification approach. Among other things, Drivies detects:
- Speed excess
- Steep driving (acceleration and braking)
- Distractions due to mobile use while driving
Drivies has 3 main advantages for users:
1- Useful information about driving, such as journey logs, fuel consuption stats and many more. Such data is relevant so that users can improve their driving.
2- Best car insurance prices, comparing a lot of companies and adding an additional discount for good driving.
3- Additional prizes (rewards). user accumulates points for driving, which can be exchanged for several third parties incentives (Amazon, Cabify, Cepsa, Norauto...)
