Dr. Jon's Adventures

Our company was founded on the N.O.D. lifestyle - No Off Days. We aim to inspire people to set big goals and then adopt a No Off Days lifestyle, taking small steps every day toward achieving their goals. It leads to being the best you can be for your friends and family and unlocking the potential we have inside us. The No Off Days lifestyle was developed and refined when company founder Dr. Jon Kedrowski was in high school and training for both high school sports and big mountain climbs. It has lead to a career of climbing the biggest peaks around the world, including summiting Mt. Everest in 2012, 2019, and 2021. We aim to inspire people through the following: *Delivering keynote speeches to corporations and educational institutions about Jon's "Lesson's from the Summits", weaving great storytelling with lessons on teamwork, leadership, and taking calculated risks. Jon applies these lessons to each organization and their culture, inspiring attendees to "climb their own Everest". *Guiding people on custom adventures around the world, including trekking to Everest Base Camp and climbing big peaks such as the 7 continental high points. *Training people for their own adventurous stretch goals with weekly plans aimed at instilling in them the N.O.D. lifestyle through consistent, progressive, and specific workouts. Our training programs are highly customized to your lifestyle, strengths, and weaknesses, and are holistic. We cover both the physical and mental sides of training. *Writing books to share inside information on some of Jon's projects and providing guidebooks and advice on great places to ski and climb. These books are filled with sunrise and sunset photography from some of the highest mountains in the U.S.
