We are a group of general practitioners who have undertaken post graduate training in menopause care. Helping women navigate the changes and challenges of menopause and perimenopause has become our passion. It can be a challenging time and it can be difficult to know where to go to receive advice where you feel heard and understood. Our goal is to help women thrive with evidence-based guidance tailored to each individual.
